In apartments, a leak above can show up in the unit below, so tracking the true source matters. We test across units with building management and report clearly which property and pipe the leak belongs to. Leak Detection across Auckland.
Burst Pipes
In an apartment, water from a burst can reach the units below within minutes, so isolating the right valve is the first step. We coordinate with building management and repair the pipe while limiting the impact on other residents. Burst Pipes across Auckland.

Replacing a cylinder in an apartment can mean lifts, booking times and body corporate rules. We handle the logistics with building management, carry the unit in and the old one out, and leave the cupboard as we found it. Hot Water Cylinders across Auckland.
